“Another Great Week” Newsletter from Principal Ferguson

Dear Lancer Families,

We survived the first FULL week of school!

This week, at the All School Mass, Fr. Sunny spoke to the kids about their “circle of influence.”  He shared that those we surround ourselves with have an enormous impact on how we live our lives…whether we know it or not.  St. Paul wrote, “we wanted to present ourselves as a model for you, so that you might imitate us.” It is imperative that we lead by example and follow those who make our lives better!

Back to School Social - We hope that everyone enjoyed the Back to School Social.  Thank you to everyone who attended…we definitely broke some attendance records last Saturday Night.  Special thanks to all the chairs and volunteers who braved the high temps to get everything set up.

Curriculum Nights - Thank you to everyone who attended the Curriculum Nights this week.  If you were unable to attend and have any questions about the year, please contact your child’s teachers for more information.

Queen of Hearts 5.0 - We will once again be starting Queen of Hearts on September 5th.  The drawings will take place at 302 Wheaton at 8:30.  More details about the Raffle and how/where to buy tickets will be coming soon.

Make it a GREAT day, Lancers!!!

Adam Ferguson

Principal, St. Michael Parish School
